FNT Hub ("we", "us", or "our") operates the FNT Hub platform, including the FNT Hub Consumer, FNT Hub Creator, and FNT Hub Merchant mobile applications and associated web services (collectively, the "Service"). 2.1 Account Information

When you create an account, we collect:

  • Email address
  • Display name (optional)
  • Account role and signup channel

2.2 Transaction Data

When you use the Service to mint, hold, or redeem tokenised vouchers, we record transaction details including amounts, timestamps, and associated wallet addresses. This data is necessary for the operation of the rewards platform and for reconciliation with on-chain records.

2.3 Organization and Campaign Data

If you operate as a creator or merchant, we collect information about your organization, including name, branding assets (logos, colors), and merchant location details you provide.

2.4 Device Permissions

Our mobile applications may request the following device permissions:

  • Camera (Merchant app only) — Used to scan QR codes for voucher redemption. Camera data is processed locally on your device and is not recorded, stored, or transmitted.

2.5 Automatically Collected Information

We may collect standard technical information when you access the Service, such as your IP address, browser or device type, and operating system. We do not use third-party analytics or tracking services.

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the Service
  • Process voucher minting, transfers, and redemptions
  • Manage your account and authenticate your identity
  • Enforce platform rules and prevent fraud
  • Maintain audit trails for sponsorship and placement workflows
  • Communicate with you about your account or the Service

4. On-Chain Data

FNT Hub uses the Solana blockchain for voucher issuance and redemption. Wallet addresses and transaction signatures recorded on-chain are publicly visible and immutable. We do not control data once it is written to the blockchain. On-chain identifiers are pseudonymous and are not linked to your personal identity in any public-facing manner.

5. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information with:

  • Service providers — Infrastructure partners (e.g., Supabase for database hosting, Vercel for web hosting) that process data on our behalf under contractual obligations.
  • Merchants and creators — When you interact with a campaign or redeem a voucher, the relevant merchant or creator may see limited transaction data necessary to fulfill the reward.
  • Legal requirements — When required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.

6. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational safeguards to protect your information, including row-level security policies, encrypted connections, and append-only audit logs for sensitive operations. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Transaction and audit data may be retained longer to satisfy legal, regulatory, or operational requirements. On-chain data is retained indefinitely as part of the public blockchain record.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate information
  • Request deletion of your account and associated data
  • Object to or restrict certain processing of your data
  • Request a portable copy of your data
